Worked

I was having the same problem, but renamed "OmniFocus.ofocus" with "OLD_OmniFocus.ofocus", and a new database file was created from my desktop (which was up-to-date) application at Sync.

I'm getting the same error on both the iPhone and the desktop. Neither will sync with MobileMe/iDisk. Help.
