Nevermind...found it.

Document Display Inspector has an option to have "Inline notes span document width." I just expected this to be up in the "View" menu under "Notes."

Thanks anyway...

I'm a supporter of panes, primarily for two reasons:

(a) While I do create documents from OO, it is primarily an interactive application for me.

(b) I think drawers look dumb and ugly...

I would really love to be able to zoom my OO docs as well...125% is what I use for everything else! OO stuff sometimes looks painfully tiny.
