Figured it out using other scripts as examples... I was making the task much harder than it actually was.....

keystroke "@" using command down

I do not know it, I have never tried to (seriously) learn it...

Can anyone paste sample applescript that will choose a menu item - I want to put an applescript on the toolbar that will do the "Edit:Insert Time Stamp:Time" function - I am using OO to keep a daily...
