Conditionnal formatting

One of my main use of OO is for control sheets and dashboard that I build for different Phase of project.

Since this operation are depend on activity I would LOVE to have conditional formatting...

I use a lot oo at work and I would like to see my teamate use it also.

Oo would kick ass for me if it as some collaborative function.
- I would like to see it recognise my teamates on the network...
