General Telephony Stencils

I have attached the screenshots. I did not have the option Show Full Hierarchy checked. I do now with the ":" as the separator. Odd behavior.

Deleted @Contexts Calendar
I deleted the @Context calendars, and I synced the contexts again. I received an error of Unable to Push Calendars.

iCal Syncing
I have rather a silly question. Why are multiple instances of my contexts in iCal? The syncing appears not work. Ideas or suggestions?

Single Actions Do Not Appear in Context View
Perhaps, I am missing something simple; I enter, for example, Call Jim Smith. I assign it a context of @Calls; however, it does not appear in the Context view. What is wrong?
