Tool Palette disappeared from top bar

My tool palette has disappeared from the top bar in the graffle window, is this a bug or is there some way to add it back?
Note this is not the floating tool palette which is what I have to use at...

Revert back to original Zoom shortcut

Just installed Graffle 5.1.1 and the zoom shortcut has changed from alt+command+= to shift + alt + command+=, is there anyway revert back to original shortcuts?
