I tried to download a '.gpge' file from a FTP...

I tried to download a '.gpge' file from a FTP site, which I have done w/o issue in previous OW versions. Clicking on the file link 'opens' the file in the browser window instead of downloading. ...

page up/page down keys occasionally disabled

This is a minor bug at best, but

* on occasion--not constantly,
* mostly on pages at gawker.com,

the 'page up' and 'page down' keys become disabled, i.e. pressing them have no effect even...
