Well, I downloaded and tested OO4 and see this is still missing in that version. Very odd. I've never used an outliner that didn't allow this. Very new to OO.

Outdent bug report

Take the following outline:

Topic 1
--- Subtopic 1
--- Subtopic 2
--- Subtopic 3
Topic 2
Topic 3

If you attempt to Outdent Subtopic 2, it will take Subtopic 3 as its child:

Level 1 and Automatic Styles

Using OO 3.10.6. Very new to OO. Mac OS X 10.9.

I notice that with All Level 1 Rows selected, any attempt to change font size ends up applying only to the very first instance of a Level 1 Row....
