Ok, just realized after fiddling around with OmniPlan that sync is highly unreliable. A change in iCal won't necessarily bring up the corresponding change in OmniPlan. Only sometimes.

Im thinking that this shouldn't be to complicated... There are a lot of scripts that exports to iCal and vice versa imports info from iCal to omni. Would it be impossible for a script to "update"...

The sad thing with applescripts are that they are one-way only. Not a very fluid solution, and leaves a lot to be desired... unfortunately.
