Setting fixed (inflexible) resources

Is it possible to set people as fixed resources on a task in such a way that OmniPlan will require all the assigned resources to be available for the task?

I have a series of operational tasks...

I thought of another way to phrase what I want that might be more clear.

I'd like to tell the short task to take 100% of the resource's time, and other other task to take as much of that...

Interrupting (Overlapping?) Tasks
