Old Actions Perspective

Is there a way to sort actions by date added showing the older actions first? In other words, I'd like to see actions that I added a long time ago but have not completed.

Thanks. It just so happened that all of the actions on that list had notes. That's why I was confused. I still would like to know how to show all the notes while browsing in Project Mode.
