A modest proposal

Make OmniWeb open-source.

There's not much money to be made in web browsers anymore, and OW currently seems to be a fairly low priority to the developers, but I think it would thrive in the hands...

Once you're on the site in question, go to View -> Show Page Info, click on the Preferences tab in the panel that appears, and therein click the Other tab.

Frequent crashes on undo

Is anyone else getting this? Basically, once in a while I'll accidentally try to undo past the earliest possible undo point, and that immediately crashes it.

I thought this was only a 5.7 beta...

Many of the sneakypeeks don't have new features, just bug fixes or other minor changes. If the release notes don't say anything, then you probably won't notice anything.

Tab title trimming

OmniWeb appears to try to trim the titles of pages in the tab drawer, i.e. finding common prefixes and cutting them off to save space for likely more specific parts of the title. But I can't find any...
