Perspectives Cycle on Launch

Just recently OF on my Mac has started cycling through 3 or 4 perspectives while it's launching. It eventually lands on the perspective I use most often and is generally what's selected when I quit....

I've commented once or twice how OF isn't necessarily the prettiest app visually, but that's compensated 1000x over by its power and flexibility.

The discussion about UI makes me a little nervous...

I've peaked at some other software, such as Things. It's a bit prettier to look at...
