Hmm... I wonder if there shouldn't be a better way for "focusing" to work. That was totally not obvious to me...

I'm in Planning mode and my Library folder is selected. I'd like to create a new folder as a child of Library, but Structure->Add Folder does nothing (using the Gear->New folder has the same...
