yep--have been doing it that way now--just thought an author field would make a good token--i have seen it in other software and i guess got used to using it as a standard available variable.

thanks--that definitely fixed the column heading font attributes. would still like to be able to have the system display and print a much larger checkbox, however.

when i check an item as complete, i would like a setting that would allow me to have the program strikethrough all the text for that item and perhaps grey it out.
