Sync folder keeps reverting to default "Documents" folder

I setup an OmniFocus folder in MobileMe. It seems that everytime I run a sync, or restart Omni the folder path changes in sync preferences from OmniFocus back to Documents.

How big is too big for the Database file?

I have been adding files (embedding) to projects in OmniFocus. So far I only have 4 files embedded and my database is 4.9MB. What is the recommended cap if using MobileMe, or any other service?
