Is there a way to export an outline so you end up with a folder full of separate documents, each one containing one entry from the outline?

Keyboard shortcut for selecting in popup lists?

I can easily navigate to a cell column that has a popup list with the keyboard but can't seem to find a way to pop up the list and select an item from it. Anyone know of a way?

Why can't I use any font?

Curiously, I can change a cell to some fonts but not others. In particular I'm trying to use symbol fonts like wingdings. I want to use characters and character combinations from these in popup lists.
