I too have been trying to reproduce the problem...

I too have been trying to reproduce the problem with small, simple test tasks and projects, but need more time to get it pinned down.

It seems to maybe be related to some stuff in this thread...

Completed repeating projects coming back to life

I've recently set up a few daily routines in the form of repeating projects. Since the tasks are always the same, I put a Start and Due date/time and Duration on the project and made it repeat daily....

Where can I find more information about reducing the number of zip files? I sync frequently on both Mac and iPhone, archive old data every week or so, and yet with 33 projects and 173 actions I have...
