Strangely enough, it was the installation of Safari 4 that caused the issue for me. If you're having similar problems, see this forum: http://forums.omnigroup.com/showthread.php?p=58715#post58715

I was having the same problem as cadcock. Ran the Safari 4 uninstaller, restarted my computer, and it works again. Yay!
