5.9.1 (sneaky peak) has hung several times. I Force-Quit in Activity Monitor. Your post reminded me to look at the Console, where I found a slew of entries like this:

Nothing so far in Safari 4 interests me

Today auto refresh worsened from an annoyance to a problem. I was halfway through an mp3 on the nytimes home page when an auto refresh killed it. I would have to reload the mp3. I'm limited to...

related issue: Print scale takes hold only after reloading app?

I agree that OmniPlan's printing needs improvement (same for SharedPlan, Intellysis Desktop, and others--seems a common issue with [Mac] planners). One side effect of the current, limited printing is...

OK, but can resource allocation include completed tasks?

Reading through this thread makes my head hurt. I empathize all around. No scheduler I've seen satisfies everyone in the area under discussion.

Regardless of leveling behavior, I wonder if the...

I like your suggestion, but would prefer that it not be limited to pools (resource groups). The restriction that a person can be in only one pool, or outside of any pool, but not both, is quite...

I'm curious too, but not enough to bother to try your suggestion. I would not foist this solution on others, so I'll do what I always seem to do with scheduling programs: override the load leveling...

non-substitutable resources?

I am planning a construction job. Most tasks require two or more people (e.g., because one person cannot lift something by himself). I have assigned several tasks to both A and B. A is taking...

Most faithful single-file export?

A fellow planner uses free hotmail, which he says cannot attach an omniplan file. I note that the "file" is a package--sort of a folder in disguise. We apparently cannot exchange plans directly...
