Sorting symbols alphabetically

I sometimes start an important action's name with a symbol (like ! or .) so it's at the top of a list if I sort it alphabetically.

I'm not sure what symbols, if any, would let me send an item to...

OF 1.8 - Unable to filter unavailable projects

I've got projects with next actions set to start in the future and unlike in OF 1.7.5, they are not appearing when I filter projects by "Stalled" in the sidebar.

Is anyone else experiencing this?...
