OmniPlan run slow for me as well.

My OmniPlan just start running extremely slow and taking 100% of the CPU for long periods of time for minimal updates.

Did a plain old fashioned reboot and the problem persists.

This question was asked four years ago. Is there a way to export a csv with hours only. I keep getting 1w 2d 4h which is a pain to convert to hours.
