The reason I don't want to use Bonjour is because it requires me to have both computers on the same network and open to sync properly. Most of the time my laptop is not in my office, so the best way...

Hello there. My frustration with OmniFocus syncing is that I can't sync using multiple methods. For instance, I sync my laptop and desktop using Dropbox, so that uses the Disk sync.
