Does 10.5.3 update fix the problem?

Does anybody know if the 10.5.3 update fixes the problem? I would like to update OmniGraffle to version 5 but dare not until this is fixed.

Is there a way to split an action into 2 entries? In OmniOutliner you can place the cursor at the point in the existing line where you want to split it and just hit return. That does not work in...
