Relocating line labels

I would like to create leaders (callouts) for annotation parts of drawings. After I attach a label (text) to a line, I cannot move it to the end of the line.

Arcs and dimensions?

For my technical diagrams, I need to draw arcs, which are hard to do with Bezier curves. Even more complicated, I need arc'ed dimensions (angular dimensions.)
