Move Canvas Palette to Right?

Just upgraded to 5 - can't figure out how to move the Canvas palette from it's default on the left to the right. It's driving me insane.

Tried searching, but couldn't find anything.

Feature request: Smart Scaling (Text & Images)

Often I'll resize a group of items only to have to go in and manually adjust the font size.

I would like to see a feature added that will allow me to "smart scale" a group of images and text at...

Keep Custom View @ 125%?

Often times, I would like to keep my page view set at a custom 125%. The only option that I see is "Keep Fit in Window". Is there a way to set a default to make my view 125% as default?
