Partial Solution
When I look at my sync settings, it claims that I have not yet synced, which isn't true, but if I sync manually I can quit as normal.

Oops! Error in the preference pane
I'm afraid I'm getting this...

Priorities - A Simpler Way
I think that the easy way to do this is to approximate priorities, but in a plastic. malleable way.
I would like my contexts listed according to rough priority based on the ordering of my project...
