sp17: click and hold doesn't activate contextual menu

It seems that click and hold no longer activates the contextual menu (must use ctrl-click). I'm pretty sure it worked as of sp16.

in SP15: Clicking on the login button at reddit.com has no effect, whether the normal login button or the popup that appears when trying to vote up or down when not logged in.

For one, I'd like to see shortcuts put in a separate prefs file as well. Setting site-specific preferences is, for me, a do-it-as-you-go-along kinda thing... even if the prefs file was deleted every...
