Delegation & Working with an Assistant

I've just starting working with an assistant and wanted to know how people collaborate with OmniFocus? GTD is big on delegation, but I don't see an easy way to "send an action or project" off to...

OmniFocus & GTD - 50,000 ft view -> runway

In Getting things done, I love the veritical levels of 50K, 40K, etc.

Life Purpose, vision, goals -> actions (runway).

I implemented these as "folders" but that's not a great way to link them...

IPhone App comes up then disappears

OmniFocus on my 3G starts:

"Starting" - progress bar completes and then the app disappears.

Any idea/advice on how to debug this?

I have all the latest iPhone and OmniFocus software.
