Draw the shape.
Add the text in the center by double clicking on the shape and then typing in the text.
Click on the Text Inspector.
Notice the Text Offset area.
Uncheck "Use Default Offsets"...

(I think...) With OmniPlan 1.5 beta1a, you need to set up your filters under View -> Filter Tasks... The release notes mention that Exports will adhere to any current filter.

Export custom reports to PDF in AppleScript?

I'm trying to export my OmniPlan project into many separate PDFs that are filtered by the following criteria: Resourse, Starting Date, and Ending Date.
