Pruning old clients without Mac client

The Mac OmniFocus app has a sync preferences setting to show the current clients, and allows you to unregister unwanted/obsolete/duplicate client entries.

I have a set of diagrams I have been maintaining for years that I would like to be able to bring into Omnigraffle without redrawing or just importing as a PDF/image lump.
