Yup, I requested this a long time ago too (when 5 first came out). It'd be so easy for them to do it as well; 'tis very annoying that it still hasn't happened.

This is not correct. If the window is located too close to the "wrong" edge of the screen, the window will be moved the required distance so that the drawer can open on the side that you have set....

The problem is that when the "Find" panel is active, the page you are searching is not. Whichever highlight colour you've selected in system prefs, the highlight will be gray...
