Yes...

OmniFocus and Mindmapping: much more than "That'd be nice"?

I noticed a recent thread about integrated mindmapping software with OmniFocus, and it got me thinking about just how much of a chasm there is between my planning, and my use of OmniFocus. And I...

I'm wondering about publishing a context assigned to a co-worker — not sync-able, just viewable online, or exported somehow, then emailed...

Not the first thread to go in this direction!

Well I just cannot get on with my day without commenting on the devolution of this thread. If there's anyone at OmniFocus reading this, I apologize for adding a few inches to a thread that's already...

Well maybe there's some hope.

My little rant was after reading this comment on another thread:

"Of course, your methodology (ring alerts all day long reminding me of things I should be doing) somewhat flies in the face of...

Second that.

I second that. And I think it really comes down to the OF developers coming to terms with the fact that a whole lot of people would love to have the missing piece of useable and simple notifications...

OmniFocus for ADD

I'm actually mulling over starting a thread asking about OF for people with Attention Deficit Disorder. OmniFocus has been a *huge* help. It requires commitment, and a gradual understanding of the...

Anyone tried the FireSprite visualizer for OmniFocus

I just downloaded FireSprite from www.KranK.us (SpiralOcean's sig). It's a visualizer widget that gives feedback based on tasks in OmniFocus.

Very cool concept! Looking forward to playing around...

Thanks so much

Ok. I was completely gapping out on the distinction between "Next" and "Available". Clearly, I was so apoplectic because I had been labouring under the belief that it was not possible to view either...

Ok, I think I may have been gapping out on something

It's waaay past my bed-time, so I'll have to read more closely tomorrow. But as a quick note, it looks like you all may be straightening me out...

For example, I'm setting up a conference, which is some time away, in May. As I'm writing what'll be a very long list for a...

So many people argue that there shouldn't be prioritizing in OF, because it doesn't fit in GTD. (I don't have an opinion on whether...

Multiple contexts would be a big benefit for me. No-one can claim, I don't think, that an action with multiple possible contexts doesn't happen in the real world, so why not have that reflected in...
