There is no Applescript on the iPad or iPhone versions. Apple has never developed the APIs for this.
One way to forward tasks to OmniFocus on your iOS devices is to pass URLs to OmniFocus:

At the moment, this is probably the only way to extend OmniFocus for iPad and iPhone.
