Inactive workspace contents should be cached for offline browsing & quick-loading.

Case for the request: Many places on campus, people's houses, on-the-spot presentations, airplanes, railcars, etc do not have wireless access (or open wireless channels). Given OW ability to facilitate research of all kinds, perusing of workspace data in these 'offline' scenarios is a likely scenario. For me, it's actually quite often...

Also, particularly when organizing links between workspaces, it is nice to not have all the tabs re-load every time the active workspace is switched.

This feature would put a major finishing touch on workspaces as a notable feature over Safari. "Workspaces" in Safari are each window, with all of its tabs. If you have 4-8 windows open, with 4-12 tabs each, Safari becomes an unmanageable memory hog, and a generally unstable beast. This is where OW really excels, so it seems good to further polish this gem of a feature.

thanks for all your work in making a fine meditation point upon Insanely Great.
