I've found an interesting help in my task management process in the "due" shortcut "now". When I focus on a task and this task involves some external condition, like someone answering on the phone, I could have to wait some minutes to complete the task. While I can postpone my task one hour, I just have to input in the due field "1h", I cannot postpone it 5 minutes. But if I input "now" the due field will be set to this exact time, right now, and will be easy to spot even if during the 5-minutes wait I've been distracted by an email or else.
