Ok this is really strange. Here is what I did:
1) I turned off sync in the Desktop app.
2) I deleted the WebDAV files completely.
3) I deleted the database from the iPhone.
4) I turned back on sync and synced successfully to the WebDAV server from the Desktop app.
5) I sent my iphone an email with the settings, clicked on it and then it downloaded the data successfully.
The problem is that some of my contexts are not showing up.
=/
