http://www.omnigroup.com/applications/omniweb/ you can download it directly. One has to click "more info" below the download button to go to the download page where the sys reqs are mentioned. My suggestion would be to put a "For 10.4.6 or Later" between the "5.5.1, 16.5 MB" line and the "more info" line.
