Really?? Your post makes you sound as if you believe the devs are some species of über-user, whose user experience is somehow more pure than most other subsets of users.

Yes, it's obvious that Omni codes their apps as they see fit, but I'm amused that you're trotting out the "they didn't include it, therefore it isn't wanted by a large enough fraction of users" line in response to such a reasonable request. It sure is the conversational smartbomb - there's no missing feature who's absence can't be justified by saying that the devs are all humans with families, and if they didn't think it was needed, then oh well.

I agree with you that a lack of forum chatter about that feature doesn't bode well for it, though.

Good idea, @Alderon, on the simple "pw on launch" feature req; I will "vote" for it.
