I just mocked up a small app for the iPhone using OGP. I was curious who else does this and if so, would you care to discuss your workflow or techniques.

For instance. I have one canvas per screen. On that canvas I have 4 to 5 layers. One is a comment layer where I write notes, draw lines from button to pick window, etc.

I also have each screen on one big canvas together in flow chart style.
