My bad, I hadn't watched the demo for a while and I got it confused with Don McAllister's SCO videos (where he uses Mouseposé to create a ripple effect under the pointer when it is clicked). However, the option from OmniDazzle that Ethan is using in his screen cast is Focal Point - he has changed the default settings a little by the look of things, but not by much.

Fwiw, I believe that the one thing that Mouseposé does do that isn't in OmniDazzle is display your key presses on screen so that your viewers know what key combinations you have used.
