I'd further this idea.
What do you think of a top menu switch button?
Here's my email to OG:
Possibility to incorporate a top level navigation menu, where now the view or + buttons resides.
It would act double:
- single click switches back 1 screen, like in a browser
- holding opens a menu like view button giving various navigational choices, like top level project/context/forecast and/or favorite project lists, etc.*
