Yes: you have to set up background syncing within the app. (And it can't sync until you configure a sync service, which also happens within the app.)

You can now press and hold anywhere on an action row of a table to get a popover which offers to Cut, Copy, or Paste. (Previously, this only worked when pressing and holding on the action's checkbox.)
