With OG 4.2.2 on OS X 10.4.11 (2GHz Power PC G5), the export sheet is displayed in the centre of the screen, irrespective of where it's parent window is displayed onscreen. That is, it does not overlay its parent window. It does however move with its parent window.
On dismissing the sheet, it twists back on itself back towards its parent window. This does not affect any Export functonality, it just looks clumsy.
