Open up
<your home folder>/Library/Scripts/Applications/OmniOutliner Pro
and delete the 'kinkless' folder.

Next, open OmniOutliner Pro and control-click your toolbar, then select "Customize Toolbar..." from the menu that appears.

Drag the icons for the kinkless scripts off your toolbar, then press the "Done" button.

You should be good to go at that point.
