There are two ways to do it, depending on the exact results you want. One is a bit hackish, but is probably closer to what you want.

1) Dependency with lag time: Draw a Finish->Start dependency from task 1.1 to task 1.3. Now in the task dependency inspector, set the lag time for this task to whatever number of work days will give you 30 days of calendar time. (Task 1.2 does not need to exist.)

2) "calendar time" resource: Draw a Finish->Start dependency from task 1.1 to 1.2 and another from 1.2 to 1.3. Set task 1.2 to 30 days of effort. Create a resource called something like "Calendar Time" and customize its work schedule to be all 7 days of the week. Assign task 1.2 to this resource.
