OK, here is what I have done and it is still not working:
- Repaired permissions
- Cleared all caches
- Ran all maintenance scripts
- updated prebinding (leopard equivalent)
- reboot
- back up OF database placed on Desktop
- deleted OF
- deleted OF prefs, Application support, caches and anything with the word omnifocus
- reboot
- deleted all mobile me and .mac instances in keychain
- unregistered old computer
- signed out of mobile me
- signed into mobile me
- installed OF
- reverted to back up OF database
- tried mobile me sync with OF
It is still not working. I have received two errors:
