I'm sort of new to large-scale project planning, and I'm swimming in an amalgam of Excel, Word, Groove, Project, OmniOutliner, OmniGraffle, Visio, and now OmniPlan.

I've been using OmniOutliner since I got my Mac over 18 months ago and quite like it, but I haven't figured out how to really leverage it as a power-project tool. If anyone has any tips, or even structural templates they could share, I'd be really interested. Thanks much.
