I now have a Mac at work, but it still works best for me to use Outlook in Windows for my main email work. That is because much of what I need to do my work is on the windows box. I want to use the following workflow which gives me inbox zero on a regular basis. I quickly go through my inbox and do one of several things.

* delete
* read and delete
* read and answer (if can be done quickly)
* read and move to a process folder
* read and move to an answer folder

Then I keep time each day to answer emails in the answer folder. I don't have to create tasks for things that don't take long enough to warrant the overhead. If something prove to be big enough I can move it to the process folder.

Then I want to move everything from the process folder to the OF inbox and process it there.

I have been trying the Clip-O_Tron but it has several problems in this workflow. I have to move each mail individually. It does not move the mail someplace else, so I have to do that manually. And it sometimes disappears from the pop-up menu. That last one may be my inexperience with Mac mail.

I think this workflow would work for me if I could have something that moved everything in a particular folder to a different mail folder and then to the OF inbox.

I really want to stick with OmniFocus because I am looking forward to the iPad version.
