Are you marking the task complete or deleting it when it pops up? You do not state what you have done and describe its continued behavior as what would be expected of a task marked complete rather than being deleted.

To see all projects/tasks in OF1 for Mac:

1. Go to planning mode (Command-1)
2. Deselect any projects (including the inbox) in the sidebar.
3. Show view bar (Shift-Command-V)
4. Set the project filter to "All Projects"
5. Set availability filter to "Any Status"
6. Set status filter to "Any Status"
7. Set estimated time filter to "Any Duration"

In the main window you will see all of your projects/tasks.
